While all the North Bay Battalion NHL prospects have returned to the OHL, the team's top graduating player is still making an impact in the NHL pre-season.
Former Battalion captain Barclay Goodrow scored twice to lead the San Jose Sharks to a 3-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks in San Jose on Saturday night.
Goodrow, signed as a free agent by the Sharks in March, has now recorded 3 goals in 2 pre-season games.
Last season Goodrow finished the year with 33 goals and 34 assists for 67 points in 63 regular season games with the Troops.
