The St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears got back on the winning track with a 24-10 victory over Widdifield.
The Bears got out to a quick start, scoring 17 unanswered points before Widdifield closed the half with a field goal.
In the second half, both teams moved the ball well, but only two majors were added to the score sheet.
Mitchell Loxton had two touchdowns for the Bears, while Eric Venditti recorded the other Bears touchdown.
Darian Hemsworth added a field goal and three converts.
