The Powassan Voodoos have added their fourth North Bay Battalion prospect to the roster as goaltender Jack Ondrovic officially joined the Voodoos on Thursday.

Ondrovic, a 6th round pick of the Battalion in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection, joins the Voodoos after spending the 2013-14 season with the Ottawa Minor Midget AAA Senators.

The 16-year-old Nepean, Ontario product is excited to join the new NOJHL franchise.

"I'm really happy to be playing in Powassan this year," noted Ondrovic.

"Everyone has been really great to me and it seems like a great place to play my first year of junior hockey.  I feel that we have potential to be a very good team in this league and I look forward to the season ahead."

Ondrovic joins 2014 Battalion draft picks Steve Harland, Kyle Moore and Brendan D'Agostino on the Voodoos roster.

The Voodoos are the Junior 'A' affiliate for the North Bay Battalion.

The Voodoos hit the ice for their home opener Friday night as they host the Cochrane Crunch.  Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. at the Powassan Sportsplex.
