Our locally owned business had competed in its first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament!
Grounded Studios is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Yoga facility which is very much proud to be a one of a kind business in North Bay.
We have been open since January 2014 and are affiliated with Team Renzo Gracie Ottawa.
The two students who participated were amazing.
Hugo Harland took home two gold medals, dominating everyone in his categories.
Paul Nicol took home a silver and did an amazing job.
The competition took place at the Budo Open in Sudbury Ontario August 16th.
