Wildcats claim NOSSA Volleyball title

The Widdifield Senior boys volleyball team qualified for OFSAA on Friday with a 3-0 victory over longtime rivals Lockerby Composite from Sudbury.

The Wildcats reclaimed the NOSSA Sr. Boys AAA Volleyball title and will return to OFSAA after a two year absence.

They travel down to Kingston as the tournament's sixth seed. The OFSAA event takes place from November 22nd to 24th.

Team members include: Mitch Gardiner, Tanner O'Brien, Alex Bernardi, Vicente Benitez, Tristan Landry, Taylor Burrows, Eric Bowman, Cole Niemi, Justin Jacques, and Garett Hatherley with coaches Jamie Vanderzande and Laura Hudson.
