MACKEY-THERRIEN, Yvette

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Mattawa Hospital on Thursday, August 27th, 2015, she was in her 83rd year.  Beloved wife of Joseph Conrad Therrien of Mattawa and predeceased by her first husband Delmer Mackey.  Cherished mother of Jean-Guy (Nancy) Mackey of Mattawa, Patsy Mackey of North Bay, Mike (Micheline) Mackey of Mattawa, Rodney (Karen) Gaudette of B.C., Ken (Diane) Mackey of Mattawa, Terry-Lynn  (Maurice) Recoskie of Sturgeon Falls, her daughters in law Sylvie and Louise and step son Gerry (Pauline) Therrien of Mattawa. Yvette is predeceased by her sons Gary (Jeanette), Danny and Gilles Mackey.  She will be lovingly remembered by her 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and by a great great granddaughter. Sadly missed by her siblings Albert (Fran) Lamothe, Linda (Gilles) Rockburn, Helene (Alan) Whitehead and Fran (John) Marsden.  Predeceased by her siblings Noel Lamothe, Fern Lamothe, Reg Lamothe and Aline Bruley.  Family will receive friends at the MARTYN & SLOAN “Mattawa Chapel” on Sunday, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Anne’s Church on Monday, August 31st at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will take place at St. Anne’s Cemetery following the funeral service.  If desired, donations to the charity of choice would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.  Online condolences at www.martynfh.com
