Duhn, Maurice Anthony

(1951-2015) - Maurice passed away with his family by his side at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on Wednesday August 12th, 2015 at the age of 64 years. He was the loving companion and best friend of Suzie (Sue) Scott. Dear father of Amy (Dave Birtch) and Greg Duhn (Danielle) and step-father to Amanda (Jason Desjardins), Serena (Patrick Miron) and Nena Dubuc. Grampa Moe will be sadly missed by 7 grandchildren Hunter, Hailey, Taylor, Bo, Avah, Jeremiah and Meredith Rose. Also survived by 2 brothers Rene Gauthier and Danny Duhn. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Eva Duhn of Mattawa. Maurice was an insurance broker for Blue Sky Financial for over 21 years. He loved to fish an enjoyed the great outdoors and above all spending time with his family. A celebration of his life will be held at St Peter the Apostle Church Hall at 299 Airport Rd. on Saturday August 22nd  at 2 pm. Donations in memory of Moe to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged by his family. The family encourage everyone to donate blood.
