Brigden, Orval Joseph

Orval (Brig) passed away on July 23/15, at the age of 90, at the North Bay Regional Health Center. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Shirley (Cole) in 1995. He is survived by his sister, Norma Baldock, Ottawa, and his sisters in law, Beatrice Cole, and Helen Cole, both of North Bay, as well as many nieces and nephews. Brig was a career Canadian Armed Forces officer, was a pilot in WW2, and had a second career with Veterans Affairs. A special thanks to his many friends and staff at his home, Empire Living Center, and to staff at the North Bay Regional Health Center and Nipissing Manor. Your kindness and compassion is most appreciated. At Brigs request, no service or visitation will take place. He will be with his wife Shirley at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tower Drive, North Bay.
