1977-2015 – Doug passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday July 13th 2015 at the age of 38. He was the beloved son of Doug Sr. and Joanne Smart. Husband of Carrie-Ann. Dear father of Madyssen Gagne, Cassandra, Emma-Lee, Hayden, Owen, Reegan, Sophie and Trynity Smart. Survived by his brother Darren and sister Dana Smart. Loved grandson of Blanche Duchene. He will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd at a later date.
