Charette, Meimi (nee Maki)

(April 5, 1931 ~ June 15, 2015) - The family announces the passing of Meimi on June 15, 2015 at Marina Point. Meimi was the beloved wife of the late Roland Charette of 62 years. Loving mother of Louise Brennan (Rick) and Anne Caranci (Paul). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Craig and Derek Davis, Justin Caranci, Jenna Sands (Zachary), Sarah Taylor (Glen), Kate Taylor (Adam) and great grandchildren; Kenedi Davis, Austin and Anna Sands. Predeceased by her parents; Oscar and Aino Maki and her daughter Carole Taylor. Meimi was very kind, loving and generous and will be greatly missed. The family will be receiving friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Church on Friday at 10:30 am.
