It is with great sorrow that we announce that after facing her third bout of cancer, the passing of Sandra Gallant. She faced it the same way she faced everything in her life, with humor, dignity and stoicism. Predeceased by her husband Leroy. Sandra was the beloved mother of; Joe Caron (Terri), Becky Caron-Burzese (Will), and step-children; Dean Gallant (Sheila) and Troy Gallant (Jennifer). Cherished grandma of 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Jack Leclair, Yvonne Bugutsky and sister-in-law Denyse Leclair. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents; Joseph and Eva (nee Heard) and her 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Sandra co-owned and operated Sunshine Auto wreckers, but was best known for being a kind, generous and loving person. Sandy embraced life; she had a wicked wit and wonderful sense of humor. She loved music, dancing, good food, books, art, learning, marguaritas, animals and bling. LOTS OF BLING! She was very artistic; she could make anything beautiful or special. Just like her. Family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be celebrated in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11 am. Donations to the Trinity United Church or Christian Brethren Sunday School in Guyana.
