Bissonnette, Noel

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on April 23, 2015 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Doreen (nee Belaire). Loving father of Amuela Asher. Cherished grandfather of Sara and Amie and great grandfather of Naomi, Rhea and Lucy. Noel will be deeply missed by his step brothers and sisters Geoffrey, Marc, Paul, and Suzanne Peterson (Joe). Predeceased by his parents Antoine and Noella (nee Masson), his step mother Marie, his step sister Joanne, and his son Brian (Linda surviving). Noel spent his career with the Ministry of Transportation spanning over 37 years and retiring as a project supervisor. He was a proud 3rd and 4th Degree Knight of Columbus. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday April 26, 2015 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the McGuinty Funeral Home (Callander 87 Lansdowne Street). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Alphonsus Church on Monday April 27, 2015 at 10:30am. Cremation will follow at Lakeview Crematorium.
