Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on March 25, 2015 at the age of 77 years. Predeceased by his wife Anne (nee Larade). Loving father of Ron (Meredith). Cherished grandfather of Josh, Zack, Mathew, Evan, Nathan and Carson. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings; Lawrence, Claude, Yvette Brisson (Blaine-deceased), Norman (Carol) and Jean-Marc (Karen). Sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents; Azarias and Germaine (nee Cantin), daughter Rhonda White and siblings; Robert, Gilles, Andre and Margaret Dislets (Gerry-surviving). Butch was a kind, caring, hardworking man. He was the owner of Butch’s Gateway Garage since 1967 and will be sadly missed by his long time employee and friend Rick Cunningham. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Sunday March 29, 2015 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm and Monday from 9 am till 10:30 am. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle on March 30 at 11am. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Lung Association would be gratefully appreciated by his family.
