Meloche, Arthur Leo Paul

Second World War Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Navigator, Teacher, Program Consultant, Supervisory Officer with the Ministry of Education and 4th degree Knight of Columbus passed away peacefully at the age of 90 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on February 7, 2015. Predeceased by his wife Claire (nee St. Jacques).  Beloved father of Pierre Meloche (Danielle), Jean Meloche (Monique), Françoise  Meloche (Gaétan Vaillant), Lise Meloche (Dave McMahon), Paul Meloche and Adèle Meloche. Dear brother of Donald Meloche (Emma), Francis Meloche (Eileen), Berthe-Mance Dunn (Bill) and Elizabeth Cuthbert and will be greatly missed by his 8 grandchildren.  Predeceased by his parents Ovila Meloche and Ezilda Demers and by his sisters Yvonne Robinet and Anne-Marie Gunville. Family will be receiving visitors on Thursday February 12th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the McGuinty Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at St .Peter the Apostle Church on Friday February 13 at 10am.  Burial will take place on Tuesday February 17 at 11am at  Notre Dame Cemetery in Ottawa. Navigateur de l'Aviation royale canadienne (ARC) de la Deuxième Guerre Mondiale, enseignant, conseiller pédagogique, agent de supervision pour le ministère de l'éducation et Chevalier de Colomb 4ème degré est décédé le 7 février, 2015 à l’âge de 90 ans, au Centre Régional de Santé de North Bay. Prédécédé par son épouse Claire (née St. Jacques). Père de Pierre Meloche (Danielle), Jean Meloche (Monique), Françoise  Meloche (Gaétan Vaillant), Lise Meloche (Dave McMahon), Paul Meloche et Adèle Meloche. Cher frère de Donald Meloche (Emma), Francis Meloche (Eileen), Berthe-Mance Dunn (Bill) et Elizabeth Cuthbert. Il laisse aussi dans le deuil 8 petits-enfants. Prédécédé par ses parents Ovila Meloche et Ezilda Demers et par ses sœurs Yvonne Robinet et Anne-Marie Gunville.  La famille recevra la parenté et les amis au Salon Funéraire McGuinty, jeudi le 12 février de 14 h à 16 h et de 19 h à 21 h. Une messe aura lieu à l’église St. Peter the Apostle le vendredi 13 février à 10 h. L’enterrement aura lieu le 17 février  à 11 h au Cimetière Notre Dame, Ottawa, Ontario.
