Hampel, Elizabeth Winona Joan

(1933-2015)-Betty passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Saturday January 31, 2015 at the age of 81 years. She was predeceased by her husband Bill Hampel and a son Randy. Loving mother of Jenny (Chuck ), Becky (Keith), Kirby, Sandi, Stacy (Lowney) and Marcy (John). She will be fondly remembered by her 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary Lou (Henry predeceased), Danny (Donna predeceased), Myrna (Russell both predeceased), Carole (Pat), Elaine (Ian) and John (Connie). Betty will be also sadly missed by numerous nephews and nieces, all her bingo buddies and her furry friends “Scooter and Spooks”. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd., on Wednesday February 4th, 2015 from 11:30 am until 1 pm. A celebration of her life will follow at 1 pm. Donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation (Cystic Fibrosis Program- cheques only) in memory of Betty will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
