Peacefully passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on January 20, 2015 at the age of 79 years. Dearly loved husband of Beatrice (nee Martin). Beloved father of Michel (Joyce), Marc “Curly” (Gisèle), Jacques (Elizabeth), André (Carol), Gilles (Francine), Lise Gowing (John) and Jocelyne Booth (Jeremy). Cherished grandfather of Mathieu, Joshua, Chantal, Yvan, Tyler, Andrew, Aidan, Nicole, Justin, Chad, Sean, Alex, Shane, Shannon, Kiera. Cherished great grandfather of Olivia, Loïc, Emma, Carson, Jackson, William and 1 on the way. Dear brother of Émile (Laurette), Wilfred (Claudette), Albert (Carole), Marguerite Gauthier (Omer), André (Sharon) and René (Diane). James will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents; Henri and Lucie Boudreau and his brother William (Loretta-surviving). As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial celebration to celebrate Jims’ life will be held on February 13th 2015 at the Corbeil Four Seasons Center for family from 1 to 3pm and family and friends from 3 to 5pm. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by his family. The family would like to extend a huge thank you to Dr. R. Senior and the Nurses at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion over the last few months.
