Sebelius, Dale (nee Howard)

(1941-2015) - Suddenly, called home to His garden on Thursday, January 15, 2015. Dale born in Englehart, ON and having resided throughout Canada but settled in North Bay. She passed away at the Ottawa  Civic Hospital  at the age of 73 years. Her love of gardening, the outdoors and golfing will remain with us all. Retiring from a nursing career spanning 39 years, she continued her caring nature volunteering regularly at the soup kitchen. She was the loving mother of Glenn , Sheila (Neil Barron), Shelley (Steven Bakker) and Sharon (James McCormick). She will be sadly missed by her 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Also survived by her brothers Terry Howard (Marg), Doug  Howard (Melody) and  sisters Helen  (Joe Jenkins) and Karen (John Degagne). She was predeceased by her sister Dixie  ( Ed Hogan surviving) and a great granddaughter Cayanna Sebelius . Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd., on Saturday January 24th from 11 am until 1 pm. A celebration of her life will follow  at 1 pm.
