Ruth Frances Smith (nee Strain)

Born September 17, 1923, Sudbury, Ontario. Peacefully passed away at the Niagara Health Services Hospital in St Catharines, Ontario on Saturday, January 10, 2015 in her 92nd year. Loving wife of the late Cyril (1992) & son Brian “Butch” (2005). Dear mother of Arlene Rossetto (Randy) and Michael (Lucy). Grandmother to Jeffrey, Tim and Lauren and great granddaughter Jaeden. Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Loving sister of Bette Romain (Michigan), predeceased by her brothers Pat and Ron. The family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Tuesday January 20th  from 2-4pm & 7-9pm and Wednesday January 21st  from 10-11am followed by a funeral service at 11am in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel.
