Mayer, Madeleine

At the age of 95, Madeleine passed away peacefully with family by her side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Predeceased by her husband, Aurèle and mother to the late Paul-André and Gérald.  Madeleine leaves behind her surviving sisters Rita Rivard (Conrad) and Aline Falardeau (Claude). She will be missed by her surviving children Céline, Jean (Michelle), Élise (Larry), André (Ghislaine). She will be remembered by her grandchildren Chantal, Stéphane, Yvan, Simon, Jean-Pascal, Tamara, Ashley, Gérald, Amber,  as well as her 12 great grandchildren. Madeleine loved to travel, she went all over the world. She was independent, active and loved life. She loved to sing, dance and play piano. On her 95th birthday she enjoyed music and danced with her family. Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd, North Bay, on Friday December 19 from 7 until 9 pm and onSaturday December 20 from 9 until 10:30 am. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 20 at Paroisse St -Vincent-de-Paul at 11am. Interment to be held in the spring at the Cochrane Catholic Cemetery.
