GIFFORD (nee Evans): Constance ?Marion?

With heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Mrs. Marion Gifford at Cassellholme, North Bay on Saturday, November 8, 2014, in her 84th year, with her loving husband Danny at her side. Marion was born December 30, 1930 in Lima, Peru to the late Christopher and Muriel Evans. Marion and Dan just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on September 23, 2014. She is predeceased by her two brothers Austin and Bruce and her grandson Grant Gifford. Marion “Grammie” is survived by her children Michael Gifford and his wife Kerry, Howard Gifford and his wife Marci and Sandee Restoule and her husband Joe, her six grandchildren Kyle, Laura, Amy, Danna, Jennifer, Joey and four great grandchildren Shepherd, Liam, Hunter and Ben. Marion lived the most amazingly adventurous life travelling the world with her husband. After retirement she enjoyed being at home having visits from her many friends and family. Visitation for Marion will be held in the Martyn Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at in the Martyn Funeral Home on Thursday, November 13 at 11 a.m. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by her family.
