Born September 2, 1936. Peacefully passed away on October 11, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at the Ajax/Pickering Hospital. She is predeceased by her husband Donald Frederick Collins and is survived by her sons Fred (Denise) and Jeff (Lee-Anna) and her daughters Tammy (Darryl) and Jean (Dave), and her grandchildren, Jason (Sherry), Danielle (Corey), Jenna, Taylor, Bailey and Jonah, and step-grandchildren Melissa, Steven and Melanie (Matt). Also survived by her great-grandchildren Zander, Zane and step-great grandson, Caleb.
She is predeceased by her parents, Kenneth Smith and Rebecca Smith (Stoyles), her sisters Mary McCormick, Belle Brooking and her brother Gord Smith (Effie).
Funeral service at The Simple Alternative- 1057 Brock Rd, Pickering, On L1W 3T7 on Friday, October 17 at 10:00.
