Peacefully passed away in his sleep on July 27, 2014 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 64 years. Beloved husband of Rose-Anne Sarah Jane Lambert. Loving father to Sarah Clermont Brunette (Steven) and Joe Lambert (Stephanie Robinson). Desmond will always be remembered as the cherished grandfather of Avery and Gabrielle. Predeceased by his father Desmond Leitch, mother Yvonne (nee Grant), and his siblings. Desmond was a retired School teacher and Principal. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the McGuinty Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday August 6, 2014 from 1 to 3 pm followed by a memorial service in the chapel to celebrate Desmond’s life.
