July wasn't a good month for one North Bay couple.
Police say that after arguments with his female partner on three separate occasions during the month, a man caused damage to three of her personal items, and prevented the victim from leaving their home.
So yesterday, following an arrest made in his residence, North Bay Police charged a 40-year old North Bay man with:
- Three counts of mischief under $5,000; and
- One count of forcible confinement.
In order to protect the name of the victim, the North Bay Police Service will not be releasing the name of the accused, who was held in custody for bail.
