Erratic driving by a Powassan man caught the eye of Temagami OPP Wednesday morning.
Shortly before noon, an officer stopped a vehicle for driving erratically on Highway 11, Temagami.
Police checked the status of the 37 year-old driver and further investigation resulted in charges.
Christopher Phillips of Powassan is charged with;
- Possession of Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking and
- Possession of unmarked cigarettes contrary to the Tobacco Tax Act.
Phillips will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on June 30.
