North Bay man faces charges following a domestic dispute with a woman that took place yesterday evening in the couple’s home.
A verbal dispute between the two turned violent when the man broke a household object and threatened to use it to assault the victim.
He then physically assaulted her.
North Bay Police arrested and charged a 31-year old North Bay man with:
- one count of assault; and
- one count of assault with a weapon.
In order to protect the identity of the victim, whose injuries did not require transportation to hospital, North Bay Police will not be releasing the name of the accused.
