On Friday, the YMCA of North Bay revealed its Donor Recognition Wall, celebrating their Strong Kids donors.
"I am honoured to pay tribute our donors," said CEO Kim Kanmacher. "As we look back on the past year, we recognize the generous contributions from the community, helping ensure that children and families in North Bay are given the opportunity to participate in a YMCA experience."
The YMCA Strong Kids Campaign exists to provide financial assistance to families in need, giving them access to YMCA programs and services regardless of financial circumstance.
In 2014, the YMCA raised $135,000 to support Strong Kids, providing financial assistance to more than 1,900 children and families in North Bay and surrounding communities.
