John Arnold Brown,(May 5, 1924 - January 21, 2015) -
John passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday January 21, 2015 in his 91st year.
He was born in Dymond Township, New Liskeard, ON. In his recent years he resided in North Bay.
John was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 54, Haileybury, 406 Squadron, North Bay and Nipissing Model Airplane Club.
He founded and owned Clearview Cable Television, and Hillcrest Television in New Liskeard.
He was also employed for many years at Campsall Electric.
Family receiving friends at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd., on Wednesday January 28th from 10:30 am until time of funeral at 11 am. Donations to the Near North Palliative Care Network in memory of John will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.

Survived by his wife Audrey Dionne Brown and sister Joyce Scott (William). He was the loving father to Wm. Larry Brown (Paulette), Becky Draper (Bob), Norine Broad (Bill) and step-father to Paulette Dionne (Wayne), Michel Dionne, (Corine), Gilbert Dionne (Heather) and Richard Dionne (Josée). He will be fondly remembered by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife Joan E Brown (nee Mills), infant twins Linda and Laurie Brown, brother Harold Brown, sisters Edna Paquette, Florence Church, Nellie Baird and step-son Danny Dionne.
