West Nipissing police say on December 9th they got a call from the Canadian Tire store saying they caught a shoplifter on surveillance video trying to get a pre-Christmas five finger discount.
The suspect stole about $800 worth of power tools, escaping the store from the rear of the building.
The video captured the suspect as he was entering the store, as well as him entering the rear storage room with the tools in hand.
