Suspicious fire

OPP say an early morning house fire yesterday in Port Loring, just southwest of North Bay, is suspicious. At approximately 4:45 a.m., someone called the Powassan OPP reporting a house fire on Wilson Lake Road.

OPP say an early morning house fire yesterday in Port Loring, just southwest of North Bay, is suspicious.

At approximately 4:45 a.m., someone called the Powassan OPP reporting a house fire on Wilson Lake Road. 

The Argyle Fire Department extinguished the fire. 

The house was vacant at the time of the fire and completed destroyed.

An investigation is being conducted by the Powassan detachment of the OPP as well as the North Bay Crime Unit.
