Fentanyl patches found in drug raid

A drug raid on a Latchford home yesterday netted police three fentanyl patches, 62 methamphetamine pills, 137 percocet pills, 29 morphine pills and a small quantity of marijuana.

Two adults were arrested and are being held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Donald Ash, age 46, of Latchford is charged with:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking – 5 Counts
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1 Count

As well, Catherine Thompson, age 46, of Latchford is charged with:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking – 5 Counts
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1 Count

The North Bay Drug Unit supported by OPP Temiskaming Shores Detachment, and the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau executed a search warrant.
