Remember that boat, Lady Di, that ran up onto a small island in Lake Nipissing this August?
Well, we may never know the true story.
OPP confirm that the "charges pending" have not been laid in the case.
The snag apparently, is nailing down exactly who was driving the boat at the time.
The boat has since been removed.
