Citizens of North Bay are invited to North Bay City Hall to sign a condolence book and express messages of sympathy for for Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent killed on Monday in Quebec and Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, the Hamilton reservist who was recently killed in Ottawa, and for his family, as well as for the Hamilton and Ottawa communities.
Each soldier will have a separate book.
“This is an opportunity for our community to reach out and let the families know we are thinking of them,” stated Mayor Al McDonald.
The books are available for signing at City Hall’s Customer Service (Main Lobby) until end of day Thursday, October 30th.
The condolence books will be mailed following this date.
