“I am running a campaign based on council accountability, keeping a balanced, responsible budget, protecting Lake Nipissing and ensuring North Bay becomes and remains a fully accessible city,” Scully says in a news release.
“I am a 20 year old business student at Nipissing University. Originally hailing from Southern Ontario, I fell in love with North Bay when I moved here a year ago.“
Scully says he believes that students and young adults should be more involved in local affairs.
“I am the president of the Nipissing Campus Conservatives club, and work to see more students of all political affiliations get involved in the political process.”
