The crash happened just before two o'clock on the highway in front of the parking lot just east of Duchesney Falls.
It involved a Chev Malibu passenger car, Dodge pickup truck, grey van and a Delattre transport truck.
A witness told BayToday that the transport rear-ended the other vehicles and crashed through guard rails and into a ditch, after swerving to avoid the other vehicles either trying to exit or enter the parking lot.
The transport was eastbound and left lengthy skid marks on the road.
While the highway is now open, police says it may be reduced to one lane of travel while the transport truck is pulled from the ditch.
