Memorial Drive will remain open during the summer in the Park festival.
But, Bourke St. between Bell and Durrill closed till 3 p.m. as Water and Sewer crews are on site.
And, High Street between Algonquin and High St. till 3 p.m. CNB Water and Sewer crews on site.
