Let's see now: charged with break enter and theft of a small amount of cash. Being held in custody. Another guy charged with multiple counts of dangerous driving and sending 3 children to hospital with serious injuries. Instead of being held in custody, he's out and about after promising to appear in court in a couple of months. What am I missing here??
