West Nipissing Police Chief visits the Bay with chequebook in hand

West Nipissing Police Chief, Chuck Seguin, Zone 1 A Director of the Ontario Association of Chief’s of Police, presented a $2500 check to Cst. Merv Shantz, Games Manager for the upcoming 2015 Ontario Special Olympic Winter Games.

The OACP Zone 1A becomes the first Bronze Sponsor for the 2015 games, to be held in North Bay in January 2015. 

A Bronze Sponsor is entitled to a number of different benefits including; Recognition as an official sponsor of the games, Recognition for supporting 2 athletes (Adopt and Athlete Program); 2 VIP Honoured Guest passes to receptions, ceremonies and events, and the organization name in the official Games supplement.
