An investigation into a December 17th beak and enter has resulted in the Dec 26 arrest of Brandt Moore 29 years of Melina Close.
He has been charged with break enter and theft, fraud, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a controlled substance.
It is alleged he entered a residence, stole a chain saw, then pawned it alleging it was his.
When arrested a small quantity of marijuana was found on his person.
He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
