City police investigating an early morning robbery

At 1:50 a.m. on the 26th Dec a man was on Third Ave near Cassells St when two men attacked him.

He was punched several times in the head, kneed in the face and a quantity of cash and a scratch ticket book taken from him.

Suspect #1 is describes as; male ,white, late 20’s, clean shaven, 6 ft, 150 to 170 lbs, wearing light blue jeans and , black jacket with hood up.

The jacket may have a “Burton” logo on the front.

Suspect #2 is described as; male, white, late 20’s, clean shaven, 6ft, 150-170 lbs, short dark hair, wearing dark pants, with lime green coat that has vertical yellow stripes on it.

Cst Steve Carleton is investigating.
