MNR has made changes to the 2014 Recreational Fishing Regulations

The Ministry of Natural Resources has made some changes to the 2014 Recreational Fishing Regulations.

Some of them apply to the Nipissing area.

It would seem that the most obvious and most easily accomplished remedy to the fishing situation in Nipissing would be to shut down the ice fishing permanently.

Spook is either a fool or a troll

try getting rid of the gill nets, culling the cormorants, allowing the groups that want to stock the lake at no cost to taxpayers to proceed, improve the water quality, etc etc before you kill jobs!!!
