At 2:10 p.m. on the 18th Dec a man was observed in a North Bay courtroom wearing what appeared to be a homemade bullet proof vest.
The man was detained and a search of his person located a flick knife, survival kit, a two way radio, and a recording device.
Mark Milne 22 years of Golden Valley was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon.
He is to appear in court on 11th Feb 2014.
