The students at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall fired up the stoves, rolled up their sleeves and pitched in Wednesday to help make Christmas Day a little brighter for city residents.
With the help of retired baker Jean-Marc Dupuis Tammy Bitonti’s students in the Hospitality and Tourism Technology program whipped 400 butter tarts for guests attending the annual Christmas Day Dinner at the Pro Cathedral.
