At 6 p.m. on the 14th Dec a male who appeared too young to drive was observed parking a vehicle on the 300 block of Lakeshore Dr.
Investigation revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen in the Sudbury area on the 5th Dec.
The youth was located at a residence nearby and arrested.
He has been , 4 counts of breaching a recognizance, and 6 counts of breaching an undertaking.
He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
