On the 11th of December 2013, members of the North Bay Police Service observed a male walking to the Beer Store on Cassells Street, pulling a large blue recycling bin on wheels containing two large metal beer kegs.
As the male arrived at the Beer Store, police spoke to him for identification purposes while passerby’s assisted the male in carrying the heavy kegs into the Beer Store for return .
The male provided what was later determined to be a false name and the empty beer kegs were traced back to a break and enter at Boston Pizza on Algonquin Avenue.
Charged with 2 count of Possession of Stolen Property, 1 count of Obstruct Police, 1 count of Break and Enter, 1 count of Breach of Probation and 1 count of Breach of Undertaking is 32 year old William Hadley of Ferguson Street in North Bay.
Hadley was held pending a bail hearing.
