The North Bay Police Service received a complaint Monday the 9th of December 2013 of inappropriate activity, occurring sometime over last weekend and involving a female victim under the age of 16 years.
As a result of the subsequent investigation, 3 adults have been arrested.
22 year old Samantha Lynn Tattrie of Fisher St. in North Bay has been charged with 1 count of Sexual Assault and 1 count of Sexual Interference.
22 year old David Whitfield of Fisher St. has been charged with 1 count of Sexual Assault, 1 count of Sexual Interference, 1 count of Breach of Recognizance and 1 count of Breach of Probation.
45 year old Marcel Carrier of Fisher St. is charged with 1 count of Sexual Assault, 1 count of Sexual Interference and 1 count of Trafficking.
All three accused persons were held in custody for a bail hearing.
Detective Helene Boissonneault is continuing with the investigation.
