Mayor says city's building numbers strong again in 2013

North Bay continues to see strong construction and building numbers in 2013.

Overall construction numbers, as of the end of November, are 71,432,612 as compared to 70,163,850 at the end of 2012.

The breakdown of this year’s construction numbers is as follows:

24,236,453 for residential; $40,683,324 for commercial; 3,215,324 for Industrial; and, 3,296,848 for miscellaneous builds.

“These are strong numbers in 2013 despite the slow global economy,” stated Mayor Al McDonald.

“We are focusing on moving our city forward.”
