On the 20th Nov Lindsay Shaw 49 years of Rutherglen was arrested for offences relating to a 15 year old female.
He has been charged with procuring, luring, and sexual interference.
He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
D/Cst Helen Boissonneault is investigating.
