Perry Township - On November 12, 2013 the Ontario Provincial Police Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau North Bay Drug Enforcement Unit supported by the Ontario Provincial Police Almaguin Highlands Detachment executed a search warrant at a Perry Township residence.
As a result of the investigation a quantity of codeine and cannabis marihuana were seized. Two individuals were arrested and charged. Both were released on a Promise to Appear and are scheduled to appear in court on January 30, 2014.
Street value of the drugs seized is $1530.00.
CHARGED ARE:
Robert KITCHINGMAN, age 57, of Perry Township
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
• Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
Louise LANDRIAULT, age 58, of Perry Township
• Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
• Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
