CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES – The Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was requesting the public’s assistance to locate a 14 year old Haileybury youth.
Jasmine OUELETTE has been safely located.

The Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is requesting the public’s assistance to locate a 14 year old Haileybury youth. The OPP have concerns for her well-being.
Jasmine OUELETTE is 14 years of age and is described as:
•White female
•Approximately 5’7”
•110-120 lbs
•Thin build
•Long brown hair
•Black coat
•Light blue Osiris high top shoes
OUELETTE was last seen on November 10, 2013 possibly heading to the Cobalt area.
No person shall detain or harbour a missing or runaway child as defined under the Child and Family Services Act. It is an offence to obstruct, interfere with or attempt to interfere with a child protection worker or peace officer in execution of their duties.
