North Bay mayor Al McDonald and deputy mayor Sean Lawlor have both called media conferences for Monday morning.
McDonald sent out notice on Friday about a news conference to be held Monday at 10 a.m. at City Hall. No further details were provided.
Lawlor, who also serves as budget chief, sent out a notice late Saturday about a his news conference at 10:30 a.m. in the lobby of City Hall to make what is described as an important political announcement.
Council is currently in the middle of deliberations over its 2014 budget.
